Click the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can email us, message us on Facebook or give our friendly staff a call.
Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
After you sign up, a Scoop’d Up™ team member will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through every step of the process.
Setup Customer Portal
Now that you're signed up and you've scheduled your initial clean up, you can finish setting up your account in our client portal. Our Scoop'd Up™ team members will gladly assist throughout the process!
Attach Payment Method
If you didn’t add a payment method during sign-up, you can update your information at any time online. All services are billed in advance on the 1st of each month, before your scheduled cleanings begin. You can easily set up automatic payments using your bank account or credit/debit card through our secure customer portal. Once auto-pay is activated, you’ll receive an invoice and payment receipt by email, and you can view your billing history anytime in your portal. Please note: If payment isn’t received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be paused until your account is up to date.

On your service day, you can count on the Scoop’d Up™ team to arrive on time and provide thorough, professional service-leaving your yard spotless after every visit.
Arrival Text
Our friendly Scoop’d Up™ technicians will send you a text alert 60 minutes before arriving for your service. You don’t need to be home, but please ensure we have easy access to your yard and that any aggressive dogs are kept inside. This helps us provide smooth, efficient service every time.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is completely free of dog waste, your Scoop’d Up™ technician will snap and upload a photo of your securely closed gate-so you can rest easy knowing your pets are safe inside. After each visit, we thoroughly sanitize all our equipment with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant, helping prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs and ensuring a healthy, safe environment for every client we serve.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional Scoop’d Up™ technician will arrive and get to work, carefully following a thorough route to ensure every bit of dog waste is collected. We walk your yard multiple times to double-check our work, making sure your outdoor space is completely clean and nothing is missed.
Pet Waste Disposal
Depending on your location and local regulations, your Scoop’d Up™ technician will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, or transport it in our service vehicle for proper disposal with Waste Management. If a trash can isn’t available in certain areas, the waste will be securely double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This approach ensures responsible disposal and full compliance with all local guidelines.
