We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your needs. Most of our customers prefer weekly or bi-weekly service, but we also provide every-other-week cleanups and one-time cleanings. Please note that while we’ll ensure your yard is cleaned on your scheduled service day, we can’t guarantee the exact time of each visit. Our routes and schedules are dynamic, so we appreciate your flexibility in accommodating these variations.

Yes, Scoop’d Up™ thoroughly cleans all areas of your property where dog waste is present, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and any other spaces where your pets frequent. We ensure that every area is left clean and free of waste.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we’ll do our best to work with you to find a day that fits your schedule.

The safety of you, your pets, and our team is always our top priority. If severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain or lightning, make it unsafe to perform our services, we will reschedule for the next available day. If rescheduling isn’t feasible, your service will be completed on your next regularly scheduled visit. In cases of extreme weather conditions that impact access to your yard, we’ll work closely with you to reschedule for a day that ensures we can safely and effectively provide service.

No, you don’t need to be home during our visit. As long as we have access to your yard, our team can efficiently complete the service without any interruption. For your convenience, we’ll send a text notification when we’re on our way, keeping you informed of our arrival time. This way, you can go about your day while we take care of the dirty work.

For your peace of mind, our technicians wear distinctive, brightly colored uniforms when servicing your home. Additionally, we’ll send you a text notification when we’re on our way, so you’ll always know when to expect us. This way, you can easily identify our team members and stay informed about our arrival.

We strive to build a personal connection with you and your pups by assigning a dedicated technician to your account. However, due to scheduling needs or other operational factors, you might occasionally see a different technician. Rest assured, all our team members are trained to provide the same high level of service and care for your yard and pets.

Our technicians work during daylight hours, ensuring they have sufficient light to thoroughly clean your yard. While we can’t guarantee a specific time, we’ll make sure to visit when the sun is up and visibility is good. This allows us to provide the best possible service and ensure your yard is spotless.

To ensure efficient and safe service, we require access to your backyard through an external entry point, such as a gate. Unfortunately, this means we cannot service areas like apartment balconies or homes where the backyard can only be accessed by entering through the house. If you have any questions about accessibility, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

No problem! If you have a combination lock, we can securely store the combination on file to ensure our technicians can access your yard for service. If you use a key-based lock, we offer complimentary combination locks to eliminate the worry of lost keys. Just let us know if you’d like us to provide one, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Absolutely! We love interacting with dogs while we work. However, for the safety of our team, we kindly request that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you keep them indoors during our visit. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, we may ask you to secure them inside or, in extreme cases, we may need to remove your property from our service route. We prioritize the safety of both our team members and your pets, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

Yes, we can still provide our services for your yard. However, for the safety of our team, we kindly request that aggressive dogs be kept indoors during our visit. When signing up for our services you will have the opportunity to inform us if your dog has aggressive tendencies. If your dog displays aggression towards our team, we may ask that they be secured inside for future visits. In extreme cases, we may need to remove your property from our service route if the safety risk persists. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for everyone involved.

At Scoop’d Up™, the safety and well-being of our clients and their pets are our top priority. To ensure a safe and healthy environment for your dogs, we thoroughly clean all our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant between each yard visit. This helps prevent the spread of germs and diseases. Additionally, we take photos of your gates after completing the service to confirm they are securely closed, giving you peace of mind that your pets remain safely inside. Furthermore, all our employees undergo thorough background checks to ensure the highest level of trust and reliability.

After completing the scooping process, we carefully bag the waste, remove it from your property, and ensure it is disposed of properly with Waste Management. This ensures that your yard remains clean and that the waste is handled in an environmentally responsible manner.

Yes, please inform us if your dog is ill. While we already follow rigorous protocols to prevent the spread of illness and disease, knowing about any health issues allows us to take additional precautions if necessary. Your pet’s health and safety are important to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

For your convenience, our scooping services are billed in advance on the first of each month. You can easily manage your account through our website, where you can set up automatic payments, view your account balance, access invoices and payment history, and even request service adjustments or report any concerns. This streamlined process ensures that you stay on top of your billing and can focus on enjoying a clean and worry-free yard.

No contracts are required! We offer flexible service options, allowing you to start, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply update your preferences through our client portal or contact our office to make changes.
