No, you don’t need to be home during our visit. As long as we have access to your yard, our team can efficiently complete the service without any interruption. To ensure efficient and safe service, we require access to your backyard through an external entry point, such as a gate. Unfortunately, this means we cannot service areas like apartment balconies or homes where the backyard can only be accessed by entering through the house. Absolutely! We love interacting with dogs while we work. However, for the safety of our team, we kindly request that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you keep them indoors during our visit. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, we may ask you to secure them inside or, in extreme cases, we may need to remove your property from our service route. We prioritize the safety of both our team members and your pets, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

After completing the scooping process, we carefully bag the waste, remove it from your property, and ensure it is disposed of properly with Waste Management. This ensures that your yard remains clean and that the waste is handled in an environmentally responsible manner.
